Hi. I'm Selina and I'm 17. This is my mind. Feel free to wonder a little.

So when I was a kid,I had really bad night terrors (extremely bad nightmares), I talked in my sleep, and I slept walk. I have stopped when I got to about 11, but will still sleep walk and have night terrors occasionally, but I still talk in my sleep. Well I have been I having this thing for about 2 or 3 years now, and I will wake up but my body doesn’t move. I can breathe and open my eyes but I can’t talk. This would happen a few times a month and when it did, it would happen about a few times in the night and last fo hours.A couple of times I couldn’t open my eyes and I saw shadows standing over me. Somehow I ended up flinching and was able to move. I started to cry because I was so scared. Anyways it turn out I have Recurrent Isolated Sleep Paralysis. And out of the whole world only 18.2% of it has it once per month…yeah I have it a little more than that. They also said it’s likely to develops between the ages 25-44… I’m 17 years old
